Your numbers, in the equation.

Bring what you have. We fill in all four systems and read where the leverage sits in your business.

Four blanks. Most owners can fill three of them from memory and have never once looked at the fourth.

What happens in it.

  1. Your numbers go in

Qualified conversations, close rate, value per client — and what delivery costs you in money, time, and your own attention.

  2. We read the equation

Where velocity is being lost, and which of the four systems is capping the other three.

  3. We find the leverage

What a 26% lift is worth on each variable, and which one is cheapest for you to move from where you stand today.

  4. You leave with your stage and the order

Whether you're stuck on installing the four, integrating them, or optimizing what's connected — plus the sequence and the first move. Yours to keep whether or not we work together.

What to bring

  • Trailing twelve months revenue
  • Client count and roughly what each is worth
  • Your best guess at close rate
  • How many real conversations you had last year
  • Headcount, and what delivery costs to run
  • Where you think your own time goes

How it goes

Rough numbers are fine; estimates are expected. It’s a fast read, not an audit. Thirty minutes is enough to see which of the four systems is furthest off, and that is worth knowing before you spend money on anything. Nobody is pitching you.

If your numbers say the equation is already in good shape, we'll tell you that and you'll have spent thirty minutes.

Where it leads.

  1. The Four Systems Workshop

Ninety minutes, live, with a room of founders working the same equation on their own numbers. Free.

  2. Membership or Fractional Leadership

Install the systems and optimize them — done with you, or done for you.

  3. Nothing at all

A perfectly common outcome. You keep the read either way.

Questions.

Is this a sales call?

Only if you want it to be. You leave with the read either way. If you want to talk about working together afterwards, we can.

What if I don't know my close rate?

Estimates are expected. Nobody arrives knowing it to the decimal. The point is to find which of the four is furthest off, and that's usually obvious well before the numbers are precise.

Should I do the workshop first?

Either order works. The workshop teaches the model in a room; the session applies it to your numbers, one to one. People who have done the workshop arrive knowing what the four variables are, which makes thirty minutes go further.

Thirty minutes

Bring your numbers. Leave with your stage and the order.

No preparation required beyond the list above, and estimates are fine.
