The Four Systems Workshop.

Your business is a system of systems. In ninety minutes we put yours into one equation, find which of the four is capping the other three, and you leave with a roadmap — not notes.

This isn’t a webinar. Half of it is you, working on your own numbers.

It’s free because it’s how we meet the firms we end up working with. Some join Membership afterwards. Most don’t, and the roadmap is yours either way.

What happens in the ninety minutes.

Every section runs the same arc, and so does the session.

  1. Concept — the four systems and the equation

The four systems — lead generation, sales, economics, operations — and the one equation that connects them. Three above the line multiply. Operations sits below as drag. The output is growth velocity: how fast the business moves, and on what trajectory.

  2. Insight — what that means for you

Three things most owners have backwards: optimization is subtraction, three variables at 26% double a business, and the order runs right to left. Then Pareto's second edge — the noise nobody eliminates, which is sitting in your denominator.

  3. Action — what you do Monday

Three working blocks on your own business. Stage each of your four systems and find the earliest one. Eliminate one thing this week. Build your own 2× from the numbers you brought, with the order to work it in.

What you leave with.

The teaching takes forty minutes. The rest is your business.

What to bring.

Four numbers. Estimates are expected — being roughly right about which variable is capping you beats being precisely wrong about all four.

Can't make the date?

Bring your numbers anyway.

A working session does the same job one to one. Thirty minutes, your real numbers in the equation, and you leave with your stage and the order to work it in.
